Everyone who starts studying law finds out very quickly there is an overwhelming amount of reading to do. There’s a reason people used to refer to “reading law” – reading and writing about it is pretty much all you do!
You’ll be encountering textbooks, journal articles, government and parliamentary reports, and of course court judgments, some of which are very long.
The good news is that there are techniques to lighten the load, often by tactically choosing to read less, while enhancing your learning.
That sounds too good to be true, and if I was selling you this information you’d be right to be sceptical!
